Research Interest
My main research interest is the reconstruction of the eruptive history of some Mexican active volcanoes to realize geological and hazard map. In particular, I study volcanic hazard such as debris avalanches and lahares, their origin and mechanism of transport and emplacement. I use numerical model such as LAHARZ and TITAN2D to simulate the distribution of such kind of flows. I use GIS software to construct volcanoes data base.
